What it is
Circle of Light is a small, in-person group that meets over nine evenings and two full day classes. We’ll work with five tools that build a well-rounded spiritual practice.
Chi for physical vitality and health
Meditation for a quiet mind and stronger intuition
Study for clear understanding and knowing yourself
Ritual for strengthening your will
Prayer for gratitude and your connection to the Divine
Each evening has a theme, such as self-worth, connecting with Spirit, intuition, and life purpose. Every night includes something you’ll experience, not just hear about. You’ll leave with rituals you can take home and use the next morning.
Partway through, the group goes through Empower Thyself together. That’s where your daily practice really takes root.
Why a circle
Every January, people set big intentions. By February, most of them are gone.
It's not because people don't care. It's because doing it alone is hard. Life gets loud. The practice slips. Then we feel bad about it, and that makes it harder to start again.
Practice is stronger in a group. You show up for each other. You feel the difference when a whole room meditates or prays together. And you have people to lean on when life gets in the way.
I’m keeping this group small on purpose. It will meet in our Modern Mystery School space in Edina, starting in January.
