If you’re new to spiritual healing or aren’t sure which service is right for you, you’re not alone. Many people come to me feeling called to grow but uncertain about where to begin. The best first step is to schedule a consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and determine the path that will best support your personal journey.
What is Life Activation, and why do you recommend it first?
Life Activation is one of the foundational sessions I offer and is often the best starting point for new clients. It helps awaken your innate potential, increase your life-force energy, and create a stronger foundation for personal growth. From there, we can determine whether additional healing sessions or spiritual training would benefit you.
Do I need to be spiritual or have previous experience?
Not at all. Many of my clients are simply looking for greater clarity, purpose, confidence, or healing. Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or have years of experience, you’ll be welcomed exactly where you are. My role is to guide you toward the next step that’s right for you.
How do I know which service is right for me?
With so many healing modalities and classes available, it can feel overwhelming to choose. That’s why I encourage new clients to schedule a consultation instead of trying to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll discuss your goals and identify the service, healing, or class that best supports your current stage of growth.
What’s the difference between a private session and a class?
Private sessions focus on your individual healing, growth, and personal transformation. Classes teach practical spiritual tools and techniques that you can continue using throughout your life. Many people begin with a private session, such as a Life Activation, before continuing their journey through classes like Empower Thyself.
